Arewa Youths Congress Of Nigeria Honours Presidential Aspirant Peter Umeadi

In a speech during the occasion, the leadership of Arewa said "we have decided to recognise you with the Arewa Excellence Award and to decorate you as the Hasken Matassen Arewa because your conduct in both private and official capacities have defined what we in Arewa stand to represent, and you are a motivation to us the Arewa youths."

The Arewa Youths Congress has decorated the Presidential aspirant of All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Professor Peter Umeadi as the Hasken Matassen Arewa, meaning the shining of Arewa youths.

The award ceremony and turbaning was conducted on Wednesday, by the President of Arewa Youths Congress of Nigeria AYCN, Alhaji Rilwan Musa Daura, the Vice President Ambassador Mohammed Abdullahi Usman and the Secretary,  Matthew Narnkin, at the country home of the APGA Presidential aspirant, Prof. Peter Umeadi.

This is the second of such recognition and honour to be received by the eminent jurist from the northern part of the country. The first was, Yandakan Yanware, from Yanware District Head, in Tsafe Emirate Council of Zamfara State.

Building synergy in the quest for national progress needs people of integrity, diligence, dedication to service, love for humanity, professional excellence and people with positively modeled character like your person. This is a demonstration of our interest in your person to lead this country come 2023.” The group added.

In his responds, Prof. Peter Umeadi went down memory lane to recount the good old days in the history of nigeria, when the North formed progressive alliances with the east, and pledged to sustain those ideals of unity that has held nigerians together.
